A man was riding a 2019 Kawasaki motorcycle eastbound along Pitkin Avenue when his vehicle was hit by a BMW X3.Officers from the 106th Precinct and EMS were called to the scene of the collision after getting a 911 call. Paramedics found the man lying in the roadway with severe trauma.He was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center with severe injuries. Sadly, he was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.The driver of the BMW remained at the scene and cooperated with police.Liability for Ozone Park Motorcycle AccidentsEvery driver operating a motor vehicle in New York has a legal obligation to follow the state’s traffic regulations.
