A horse pulling a carriage became startled and took off down the street before flipping over near West 72nd Street and West Drive.The carriage flipped over after striking another carriage. Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident to help all of the victims.Sadly, the 18-year-old victim died due to the severe nature of his injuries.
