Schenectady Man Charged For Ballston Spa Hit-And-Run Collision Along State Route 50
BALLSTON SPA, NEW YORK (November 28, 2023) – A pedestrian has tragically died in a Ballston Spa hit-and-run car accident along State Route 50.
Ballston Spa officials are saying that the collision took place on Wednesday morning. A 37-year-old driver was traveling northbound when he struck and killed a 47-year-old pedestrian.
The victim was in the area of a crosswalk when he was hit. Police later located and arrested the driver involved in the crash who fled the scene.
A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
