The victim was found unresponsive on the subway tracks and taken to a local hospital with critical injuries.A family member said that he suffered a fractured skull in the incident and later died at the hospital. Investigators initially believed that he may have been pushed onto the subway tracks.But surveillance footage shows that there was no one else around at the time of the incident.
