Horseheads Man Jailed After DUI Car Accident in Penn Yan
PENN YAN, NEW YORK (November 18, 2023) – Six kids and two adults were injured in a reported DUI car accident in Penn Yan by Second Street and Milo Road.
Penn Yan police officials are saying that the collision took place around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. One driver allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign before colliding with a car carrying 8 people.
Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help all of the victims. Six adults and two children were taken to the hospital.
A man from Horseheads has been arrested on suspicion of DUI. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
