NYPD Still Searching For Driver That Fled The Scene of Hell’s Kitchen Collision
HELL’S KITCHEN, NEW YORK (May 27, 2023) – A bicyclist remains in critical condition after a hit-and-run car accident in Hell’s Kitchen by West 51st Street and 11th Avenue.
New York Police Department officials are saying that the accident took place around 6:48 a.m. on Sunday. A Citi Bike rider was heading down the road when they were hit by a vehicle.
Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. They were taken to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital in critical condition.
Police are still searching for the driver involved in the collision. A full investigation remains ongoing at this time.
