About Stacey T. Sokol - Top of Page
Stacey T. Sokol, joined the firm in September of 2007 as an associate. An Albany native, Stacey obtained her undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1996 and her law degree from Albany Law School, Union University in 1999. Stacey re-located to the New York City area in January of 2001, and began working at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, LLP, a large insurance defense firm with offices located throughout the world. Stacey spent approximately 6½ years in one of the firm's medical malpractice divisions, and represented hospitals, doctors and nurses in a wide variety of complex, high exposure claims.
Stacey is proud to have joined Gersowitz Libo & Korek, P.C. where she can use the knowledge and experience she gained while doing defense work to fight for and better serve those who have been injured.

About Brielle C. Goldfaden - Top of Page
Brielle C. Goldfaden recently joined GLK as an associate. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Boston University and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. Brielle's passion for representing victims of personal injury began well before her formal education, as she is the daughter of a prominent and well-known New Jersey personal injury attorney.
Since joining the firm, Brielle has assisted the Partners in a variety of personal injury and medical malpractice matters in both New York and New Jersey.

Nicolas recently joined GLK after beginning his legal career at the largest insurance defense firm in the world where he was working in one of their medical malpractice groups. Since joining the firm as an associate, Nicolas has used the knowledge and skills he acquired as a defense attorney to assist the partners in a variety of personal injury matters. He obtained his undergraduate degree from NYU and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY he is the proud brother of a New York City Police Officer who is a Marine Corps Combat Veteran and Purple Heart recipent.
